Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Swissco, we aim to deliver your favourite products to your doorstep quickly and safely.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Timeline:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–8 business days
Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier service availability.

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹70 applies.

Delays:
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen factors (weather, logistics, strikes) may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Missing and refund:

Item missed during delivery, we will ship another item or refund within 24-48 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy

For cancellations and address revisions, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can make the necessary changes before the order is dispatched. At this time, we are unable to edit the contents of your order after it is confirmed. We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of the products.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our customer support at info@swissco.co.in.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
